In 2005 Town Center Management Ltd. was formed for developing freehold projects – the first of which was Dubai Lagoon.

 

Today’s rapidly expanding company employs 30 team members with a strong business and performance ethic. The original management team is with the company, as are additional family members and the best local talent. Town Center Management keeps its core team lean, and outsources leading professional companies to aid in the pursuit of achieving the highest service level.

 

Located in Dubai Investment Park, Dubai, the project covers 40 acres of land and comprises of 49 residential blocks that house 4,104 apartments.

 

The total community is built around a sapphire lagoon and has on-site amenities including a mosque, supermarket, shops, laundry, restaurants, cafes, swimming pools, health club and gymnasiums, tennis courts, children’s nursery, healthcare facilities, and play areas.

 

Launched in December 2005, the first phase was sold out within 54 days and is on time for completion in December 2007. The second phase was launched in May 2006 and is on time for completion in June 2008.
